With a unique specialty as a renowned eyelid surgeon, Dr. Gladstein’s first bite of the Big Apple was a huge one, receiving early acceptance and then her doctorate degree at the NYU School of Medicine. She completed her residency at NYU’s premier University Medical Center and Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital and then completed a Fellowship with the prominent oculoplastic surgeon, Dr. Janet M Neigel.

As the founder of Enhance Aesthetic Arts in New York, after performing thousands of extremely intricate eyelid surgeries, Dr. Gladstein developed an innovative, state-of-the-art technique for upper eyelid surgery affording her patients the three features they keenly desire: the most natural and fresh look, the fastest recovery time and the least amount of swelling and scarring possible.
