We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland. Based in London, you will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our traditional and digital marketing campaigns and activities across various marketing channels.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and have knowledge and experience of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns and events.


What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to build and drive the marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland; communicate plans and work closely with the UK and Ireland team.
  • Lead all areas of marketing (marketing campaigns, product launches, B2B, B2C, internal sales tools etc) to support business growth while ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Create marketing material such as product collateral and create and manage the content for all digital collateral including visual assets, copywriting, and editing.
  • Develop and execute the lead generation strategy leveraging key channels such as website, referrals, PPC, social media, advertising, and events.
  • Daily management of google ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms to optimize our PPC lead campaigns.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual reporting on all digital marketing efforts campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and support the production of local and regional events including exhibitions, seminars, marketing trainings and customer events, includes managing timelines, logistics, venues, suppliers, booth set-up, trade show service, invitations, staffing and budget.
  • Continuously conduct competitor and market research and analyze trends to inform our marketing activity and to identify opportunities.
  • Establish goals (ROIs) and objectives (KPIs) for all campaigns, marketing activity, events etc and analyze performance; use analysis to inform future decisions.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, develop, manage and refresh the campaign calendar to build the sales pipeline.
  • At times, work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking spending, purchase processing and invoice handling
  • Performing other duties when needed.


What you’ll need:

  • Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or related/equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in the beauty/aesthetic/medical market – corporate or agency.
  • 2 or more years’ experience managing a functional area.
  • Proven track record of executing a marketing strategy with positive business impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled in writing and editing content with flair and an attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce and marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Pardot.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to use analytical software and a knack for interrupting results to business needs.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize and project manage on time and on budget.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software; working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
