Title: Manager, Aesthetic Clinical Training

Reports to: Director, Clinical Training

Location: Remote, USA

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results and performance driven Manager, Aesthetic Clinical Training, to join our growing team in the medical aesthetics industry! Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Manager, Aesthetic Clinical Training is responsible for oversight and management of the North American Aesthetic Clinical Training Team, and as needed conduct customer training sessions. As the Manager, Aesthetic Clinical Training, you will collaborate with many cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Quality Assurance and Regulatory to execute training programs in support of commercial activity focused on ensuring safe and effective use of our systems.

What you will do:

  • Recruit, oversee, coach and develop team of Clinical Trainers in North America to meet/exceed customer needs/clinical support.
  • Review and approve schedules, travel and monthly expenses, conduct annual performance reviews, conduct clinical trainer certification meetings as required by SOP, conduct monthly virtual team meetings, etc.
  • Attend annual Global Clinical Training Managers meeting and certification and roll out new information to regional team.
  • Work with Director of Clinical Training and Director of Clinical Development to roll out new or updated training materials to be used by the Field Clinical Trainers.
  • Work with sales management to establish and define strategic training programs for customers.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to establish pathways to make training a successful and predictable experience.
  • Train customers in the field as needed while maintaining managerial responsibilities
  • Conduct individual field visits with the North American Aesthetic Clinical Training team.
  • Report customer clinical/product feedback to clinical and product development teams.
  • Train and certify North American Aesthetic Clinical Training team.
  • Maintaining Clinical Training records for Clinical Trainers.
  • Ensures Clinical Training team follows clinical training documentation as outlined by SOP and QA RA team.
  • Ensures Clinical Training follows clinical training documentation as outlined by SOP and QA RA team.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Technical Service departments as required.
  • Work with the Director of Clinical Training to plan and manage all Aesthetic Clinical Training Department Activities (i.e. education seminars, events).
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of Clinical Support for Corporate Accounts.
  • Work with KOLs as required.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors of Science or related field.
  • 3-4 years experience in medical device field training.
  • 2 years experience in a management/lead role.
  • Skill managing large, remote teams.
  • Experience using energy-based devices is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to give presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Strong time management skill and the ability to manage time of others effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/SalesForce).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a valid passport.
