Practice Enhancement Manager to cover the New England Territory in Boston

We have an exciting opportunity for a performance driven Practice Enhancement Manager to cover the New England Territory in Boston to join our growing team in the medical aesthetics industry! Reporting to the Director, Practice Enhancement Management, the Practice Enhancement Manager will be key in helping customers grow their business and increase their patient base through internal and external marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and customer retention programs. The Practice Consultant will work from their home office and receive a competitive compensation and benefit package including performance-based incentives. Please note that this is not a sales role.

What you’ll do:

  • Visit all accounts and maintain a high level of customer service within your designated territory. Perform assessments on existing accounts to ensure any unmet clinic needs or opportunities are addressed and
  • Identify opportunities for device upgrades and/or additional device purchases.
  • Responsible for sale of Venus Skin and Venus Hair products to our existing accounts.
  • Increase usage of our consumables through supporting the clinic growth of Venus Concept treatments.
  • Responsible for achieving Practice Enhancement Metrics and Goals with our consumable
  • Work collaboratively with Territory Managers to ensure optimal service and to ensure each account is fully trained and achieving the best treatment outcomes
  • Plan and execute Venus Beauty events to generate revenue for
  • Represent Venus Concept by attending trade shows, conferences, and customer or industry related events to build network and market
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with KOLs. Engage and leverage expertise of
  • Stay abreast of the industry and new technologies (especially competitors)
  • Stay current on company products instructions for use, best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product
  • Respond daily to requests by email and voicemail from customers, practitioners and
  • Additional duties include performing administrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and Company system

What you’ll need:

  • Aesthetic Diploma or University degree in Business or Marketing considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years industry related experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus
  • Previous experience managing a retail or service business is considered an asset
  • Superior communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and your own personal vehicle
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Sales Force
  • Availability and flexibility to work when required, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid passport and ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short
