Technical Service Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Technical Service Representative to join our growing team! Reporting to the USA Site & Operations Manager, the Technical Service Representative will work in the Venus Concept, US location based in Weston, FL.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot and repair medical aesthetic devices.
  • Provide first level support to customers and distributors over the phone to try and resolve the issue.
  • When required, hands on repairs either at the Weston location or at times onsite at client location.
  • Stage and test systems for customer installations.
  • Responsible for shipping, receiving, managing inventory as well as managing customer returns of parts and systems.
  • Documentation of work in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Pick, pack and ship as well as receive consumables/marketing materials when required.
  • 3 days/week, work hours are 9-5pm; 2 days/week, work hours are 12-8pm.
  • Provide support after work hours on an emergency/as needed basis.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.


What you’ll need:

  • 2 year technical education in Electronics or Computers or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairs of technical devices; experience with providing customer service over the phone.
  • Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; Fluent in Spanish would be considered an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Availability and flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed during peak times.
