Territory Sales Manager - NeoGraft - Dallas

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team!  Reporting to the Director of Sales for the Central Region, the Territory Sales Manager will work with autonomy from their home-based office and travel extensively* to educate potential customers on hair restoration and the value of adding NeoGraft to their practice.  Territory Sales Managers receive a competitive compensation and benefit package including performance-based incentives. 

What you’ll do:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets, as established by the Company, for sales of the NeoGraft and NeoLTS devices to customers or potential customers in the Dallas territory (TX, Ok, AR, LA, MS) while also maintaining a substantial lead pipeline
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting new sales targets to on the phone and in person meetings and throughout the post-sale process of funding and installation of the device
  • Continual interaction with NeoGraft providers in the Northeast territory in an effort to ensure a successful launch and continual growth of patient base
  • Work alongside other departments and NeoGraft providers to design action plans to increase consultation close rates, utilization of our in-house NeoGrafter technicians and procedure volume
  • Target and develop KOLs within the designated territory
  • Provide sales support at meetings, workshops and trade shows as necessary
  • Proper documentation within CRM as required by the organization
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of all Venus Concept products

What you’ll need:

  • BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or other relevant fields
  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience or 2+ years of aesthetic medical device sales experience
  • Must live in Dallas.
  • Strong drive for results and perseverance for success
  • Medical device experience is not required but would be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems would be considered an asset (specifically Salesforce)
  • Must possess your own vehicle and maintain a valid driver license
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn and welcomes feedback

*Travel primarily within in North America. Some international travel as required.
